Cheque order status
It's easy to view your cheque order status or cancel an order in EasyWeb:
After you log in:
- From the My Accounts > Accounts screen, select the account for which you ordered the cheques.
- On the Account Activity page, select Order Cheques in the left-hand menu under Personal Accounts or Small Business Accounts.
- From the drop down list, select the Account for which you ordered the cheques.
- Verify your contact information for the cheque order.
- Select Proceed to Order Cheques.
- Select Continue Order in the bottom right of the page.
- Select Order Status in the green top right menu bar.
- View your Order Status.
