Why do I get an E300 error message when first logging in to the TD Card Management Tool?
When a user is set up with a new access card or virtual access card, they will have to wait a minimum of 24 hours to access the Card Management Tool. If you attempt to access the Card Management Tool before the 24 hours, an E300 error message will appear.
