Can I switch back to paper Statements and Other Documents from online any time I wish?

Yes, you may switch to paper Statements and Other Documents (legal notices and other important information) at any time on EasyWeb or on the TD app. 

Here's how you can switch to paper Statements and Other Documents on EasyWeb after logging in:

  1. Select Accounts and then Statements & Documents in the left-hand navigation. 
  2. Select Paper for the accounts you want to make changes to and save your changes.

Here's how you can switch to paper Statements and Other Documents on the TD app after logging in:

  1. Select an account. 
  2. Select Statements tab.
  3. Select Manage Delivery Settings.
  4. Select Paper under Account Delivery Preferences for all the accounts you want to make changes to; save once you are done. 

When you switch your delivery preference from Online back to Paper, depending on when you do so, you may still receive your Statement and/or Other Documents online while we process your change. If you continue to receive your Statement and/or Other Documents online, you should contact us.
