Online Statement opens in Adobe Reader, but browser window still says 'loading'?

In order to fix this problem, please follow these steps:
1. Open Adobe Reader from your computer’s Start menu
2. In Adobe Reader, click on Edit > Preferences
3. Select the Internet category on the left side of the screen
4. Under Web Browser options, click the ‘Display PDF in browser’ checkbox to disable, and click OK
5. Open your Online Statement in EasyWeb by clicking on the name of the statement
6. Your Online Statement should now open within your browser window
Please note, some Adobe Reader versions do not allow the ‘Display PDF in browser’ setting to be changed.
