When you switch your delivery preference from Online back to Paper, we write to confirm that we no longer have your consent to send you electronically certain statements, legal documents and other important information (Documents) as described in the terms of your consent to electronic delivery for the Account.
Since it takes some time to process and send out the letter, you may still receive this letter even if you later change your delivery preference back to Online.
