If you lose your mobile device you can: (a) cancel your enrolment in the TD Visa Mobile Alerts Service; (b) delete the phone number of your lost mobile device from the Service but still remain enrolled in the Service; or (c) redirect your alerts to any replacement mobile device and phone number that you obtain.

a) If you lose your mobile device and want to cancel your enrolment in TD Visa Mobile Alerts Service*, you will need to:

• Log on to tdrewards.com
• Access the My Account/Set-Up TD Visa Mobile Alerts page
• Select the TD Visa Card you want removed from the TD Visa Mobile Alerts Service
• Go to the OPT OUT tab
• Press Confirm to save your settings

b) If you lose your mobile device and want to delete the phone number of your lost mobile device from the Service but still remain enrolled in the Service, you will need to:
If you replace your lost mobile phone with a new mobile phone and want to alerts to be sent to this new mobile phone number, you will need to:

• Log on to tdrewards.com
• Access the My Account/Set-Up TD Visa Mobile Alerts page
• Select the TD Visa Card
• Go to the MOBILE/EMAIL PREFERENCES tab
• Delete the phone number of your lost mobile device
• Press Save Updates to save your settings

c) If you replace your lost mobile device with a new mobile device and want the alerts to be sent to the mobile phone number for this new device, you will need to:

• Log on to tdrewards.com
• Access the My Account/Set-Up TD Visa Mobile Alerts page
• Select your TD Visa Card
• Go to the MOBILE/EMAIL PREFERENCES tab
• Enter the new mobile phone number and delete the phone number of your lost mobile phone
• Press SAVE UPDATES to save your settings

You will be sent a validation code to your new mobile phone number via SMS text message. You must enter this validation code on the MOBILE/EMAIL PREFERENCES tab, to be able to receive alerts to your new mobile phone number. All of the alerts that you have chosen will continue to apply to your new mobile phone number.

To set up your TD Visa Card with the TD Visa Mobile Alerts Service* you need to register your TD Visa Card at tdrewards.com. Then simply access the My Account > Set-Up TD Visa Mobile Alerts page and go to SETUP ALERTS tab. For assistance, please call the number on the back of your TD Visa Card.
