Delayed receipt of TD Visa Mobile Alerts
Occasionally an alert is delayed if a merchant does not immediately submit your transaction for processing. The merchant may wait until your order is ready to ship before submitting your transaction for processing or may not have immediate access to a power source for transmitting data. In those cases, you will only receive an alert after the merchant has submitted the transaction for processing.
To set up your TD Visa Card with the TD Visa Mobile Alerts Service* you need to register your TD Visa Card at tdrewards.com. Then simply access the My Account > Set-Up TD Visa Mobile Alerts page and go to SETUP ALERTS tab. For assistance, please call the number on the back of your TD Visa Card.
