Why can I view my online statements and change the delivery methods for some of my credit cards, but not others?
Personal Credit Card Accounts
Primary cardholders will be able to view online statements and change the delivery methods for Personal Credit Cards on their Personal Profile in EasyWeb.
Authorized User Cardholders will NOT be able to view online statements or change the delivery methods on their Personal Profile in EasyWeb for personal TD Credit Card Accounts. Only the Primary Cardholder on the personal TD Credit Card Account can choose to do.
Business Credit Card Accounts on the Business Profile
Business customers will be able to view online statements for their business TD Credit Cards on their Business Profile ONLY if they have a Business Access Card with Full Access & Full Portfolio rights.
Business customers will NOT be able to change the delivery methods for business TD Credit Cards on their Business Profile. Due to system limitations, there will be NO delivery method changes for Business Credit Cards through a Business Profile in EasyWeb.
Business Credit Card Accounts on the Personal Profile
The Cardholder whose name is embossed on a Credit Card for a business TD Credit Card Account (known as an Additional Cardholder) that has their own unique credit card number and receives their own statement will be able to view their online statements and change the delivery methods for their business TD Business Credit Card Account only if their business TD Credit Card resides on their Personal Profile in EasyWeb.
