- If you have multiple Access Cards, try a different card - because it’s possible the card you are trying to login with, has not yet been activated or registered
- If you received a replacement Access Card, try logging in with that number instead
- Double check your Username or Access Card Number and Password to make sure you’ve entered them correctly
- Make sure you do not use spaces or dashes when entering your Access Card Number
- Make sure you do not enter the smaller 6-digit number (589297) on your Access Card

Did you receive this card in the mail?
- To activate your new card, you must first make a PIN transaction
- To make a PIN transaction, simply use the new debit card to pay for a purchase at any merchant, or use it at any ATM
- Once you have used your PIN successfully, you're ready to use your Telephone Banking and/or Online Banking immediately
