Why can't I make changes to my address in EasyWeb during certain times of day?
You might not be able to make address changes during times for routine maintenance on our profile-related system.
Those times are normally:
- Monday to Saturday 4:30 am to 6:00 am
- Sunday 12:00 midnight to 5:00 am.
Also, at certain times your EasyWeb address/email changes might not sync to your WebBroker/TD Direct Investing accounts profile so you will see an error message.
Those times are normally:
- All day Sunday
- Monday to Saturday - 12:00 midnight to 6:00 am & 9:00 pm to 12:00 midnight
If you receive the error message and want to apply your changes to your TD Direct Investing Account(s), you can call us at 1-800-465-5463 or contact your Advisor for TD Wealth Account(s)
