Cheque order status

It's easy to view your cheque order status or cancel an order via EasyWeb:

  1. Log in to EasyWeb using your Access Card number and password.
  2. From the My Accounts > Accounts screen, click the account for which you ordered the cheques.
  3. On the Account Activity page, select Order Cheques in the left-hand menu under Personal Accounts or Small Business Accounts.
  4. From the drop down list, select the Account for which you ordered the cheques.
  5. Verify your contact information for the cheque order.
  6. Click Proceed to Order Cheques.
  7. Click on Continue Order in the bottom right of the page.
  8. Click on Order Status in the green top right menu bar.
  9. View your Order Status.
