How do I replace my damaged TD Credit Card?

If your TD Credit Card is damaged or not working, you can request a replacement card online through EasyWeb, the TD App or by phone.

Please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery of your replacement card.

Replacement request through EasyWeb:

  • Register for EasyWeb if you haven’t already done so.
  • Login to EasyWeb
  • Select the credit card you want to replace.
  • On left menu under View Accounts, select Replace a Damaged Card.
  • Follow the steps outlined to complete the request

Replacement request through the TD App:

  • Download the TD app if you haven’t already done so.
  • Login to the TD app.
  • Select the credit card you want to replace.
  • Tap the More button near the top of the page.
  • Select Replace a Damaged Card.
  • Follow the steps outlined to complete the request.
