How do I replace my damaged TD Credit Card?
If your TD Credit Card is in your possession, but is damaged or not working, you can request a replacement Card on EasyWeb, the TD app, by calling TD Credit Cards or by visiting any TD Canada Trust branch.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your replacement card.
To request a replacement Card on EasyWeb:
- Select the Credit Card you want to replace.
- On left menu under View Accounts, select Replace a Damaged Card.
- Follow the steps outlined to complete the request.
To request a replacement Card on the TD app:
- Select the Credit Card you want to replace.
- Select the option Manage in the top menu.
- Select the option Damaged Card.
- You will leave the TD app and be taken to your Mobile device's web browser.
- Follow the steps outlined to complete the request.
