How do I access my account history?
You are able to view your previous account activity online by clicking directly on the account number from the My Accounts page in EasyWeb. The last 30 days of account activity will automatically prefill in the Account Activity page. You can quickly view 30, 60, 90 or 120 days of previous transaction history by using the quick links at the top right corner of the View box.
You are also able to view up to 18 months of history by clicking on the "Search by Month (up to 18 months) link and filling in your search range.
If you've set your delivery preference to Online, you'll also be able to view your monthly statements Online, under Statements & Documents in the left-hand navigation.
If you'd like a paper copy of a past statement, call EasyLine telephone banking at 1-866-222-3456. Alternatively, you can contact your branch for assistance.
Requests for paper account statements older than 90 days are $15.00 per request.
Requests for paper account statements within 90 days are free of charge.
