What happens if I don't respond to the TD Fraud Alerts text message?
For TD Access Cards: If we do not receive your response to the TD Fraud Alert, the alert will time out and you will not be able to respond via text message, and your TD Access Card will remain in the same status indicated in the text.
For TD Credit Cards: When we send you a TD Fraud Alerts text message, we have already temporarily blocked your Card/your Authorized User's Card. If we do not receive your response to the TD Fraud Alerts text message, the Card will remain blocked and you/your Authorized User will not be able to use it. We will then attempt to contact you by phone. If you do not respond to this voice call, the Card will be blocked until you contact us.
