What are Secure Messages?
Secure Messages allow customers to send messages to and receive messages from TD Canada Trust in a secure, confidential environment. All the secure messages are available for maximum of 6 month from the delivery date.
Sending personal information, such as your account numbers or financial information is not secure over regular email. If you would like to contact us by email, please use the secure message feature in EasyWeb. When you’re logged in to our secure website, we will be able to review your accounts and answer any concerns you have while ensuring your information remains safe and confidential.
To send a secure message, simply log in to EasyWeb, choose the e-Services option at the top of the page and click the orange “Send a new Message” button. Or, if you’d prefer to talk to us by phone, please call us any time at 1-866-222-3456.
