How do I send a secure message?
- Access the Send Messages page by selecting: My Account > Accounts > then Communications from the left menu and then selecting Send Messages.
- Select the account the message is Related to (optional).
- Choose a Topic.
- Enter a Subject (optional).
- Type in your message.
- Click the 'Notify me when I receive a response' checkbox if you would like an email to notify you that we’ve responded.
Note: You can permanently update your email address on the Profile & Settings > My Profile page.
- Click the Send Message button to submit the message.
Note: You can also Cancel the message or Save to Drafts.
- Sent Messages are normally reviewed/processed within 24 hours
- If your request is of an urgent nature, please call EasyLine telephone banking at 1-866-222-3456
- Customer Service will be happy to reply to your questions or concerns, however, transaction processing limitations apply.
Responses will be posted under Communications > View Messages and you will be informed on new unread message in Accounts in My Inbox at the top.
