What do I do if I see an unauthorized or incorrect Cheque withdrawal?

Before you get in touch with us, try these tips:
- Don't recognize the withdrawal? Check with anyone else who is authorized to use the account to make sure they didn't authorize a cheque withdrawal on your account.
- Don’t recognize the amount? For recent cheques, you may be able to see details of cheques you've written when you view your account activity in EasyWeb. To do so, log in to EasyWeb and click on a highlighted chequing account to view history. Click on "View Cheque" beside the cheque you wish to see and follow the onscreen prompts.
