What do I do if I see an unauthorized or incorrect Cheque withdrawal?

Before you get in touch with us, try these tips:
- Don't recognize the withdrawal? Check with anyone else who is authorized to use the account to make sure they didn't authorize a cheque withdrawal on your account.
- Don’t recognize the amount? For recent cheques, you may be able to view details of cheques you've written when you view your account activity in EasyWeb. To do so, log in to EasyWeb and select a highlighted chequing account to view history. Select "View Cheque" beside the cheque you wish to see and follow the onscreen prompts.
It is important that you promptly and carefully review your records and notify us of any errors or omissions and in accordance with the 30 day Notice Periods outlined in section 12 of our Financial Services Terms.
