If you're currently receiving statements and/or other documents online and would like to revoke your consent to doing so, please follow the specific instructions in this chart.

Account Type

Delivery Preference

  • Personal Chequing and Savings Accounts
  • GICs
  • Term Deposits
  • Registered Education Savings Plans
  • Retirement Savings Plans
  • Tax-Free Savings Accounts   

Statement Delivery Preference

Consent is not required for these accounts, so there's no need to revoke consent if you change your delivery preference.

Other Document Delivery Preference

You can revoke your consent by doing one of the following:

For Online (Other Documents)

  • On EasyWeb, go to Delivery Preferences, and under Statements & Documents, find the account listed and change the delivery preference for Other Documents to Paper
  • Call 1-866-222-3456 to revoke your consent and change the delivery preference for Other Documents to Paper.

For Paper (Other Documents) 

Consent is not required for Other Documents to be delivered in paper format, so there's no consent to revoke

  • Mortgages
  • Lines of Credit
  • Credit Cards (Personal and Business Accounts)

Statement and Other Document Delivery Preference

You can revoke your consent by doing one of the following:

For Online (Statements and Other Documents)

  • On EasyWeb, go to Delivery Preferences, and under Statements & Documents, find the account listed and change the delivery preference to Paper
  • Call 1-866-222-3456 to revoke your consent and change the delivery preference to Paper.

For Paper (Statements and Other Documents)

Consent is not required for Other Documents to be delivered in Paper, so there is no consent to revoke.
