If my Access Card is lost or stolen, will my account remain safe?
Yes, your accounts are safe and secure. Every time you use your TD Canada Trust Access Card to do your banking or make payments, you must enter your PIN (personal identification number). You must always take necessary measures to keep your PIN and password confidential and your card safe. Avoid such password combinations as birthdays, phone numbers, age, Social Insurance Number, etc. As long as you keep your PIN number confidential and safe, your accounts can’t be accessed by others even if your card is lost or stolen.
If your TD Canada Trust Access Card is lost or stolen, call 1-866-222-3456 or go to your nearest TD Canada Trust Branch to notify us immediately. A replacement card can be obtained quickly at any branch.
