What is TD Global Transfer on the TD app?
TD Global Transfer is an innovative marketplace to securely send money internationally in more ways to more places.
When you use TD Global Transfer, you have three different options to send money globally.
Send to Account: Send directly to your recipient's bank account
Cash Pick-up: Send to a Western Union® Agent Location in destination country
Send to Card: Send to an eligible Visa Debit Card, a Visa Credit Card or a Reloadable Visa Prepaid card
To send a TD Global Transfer, you will need to complete a one-time registration on the TD app. Simply follow these steps:
After logging into the TD app
- Select Send Money from the options at the top of the screen
- Select the Globally tab
- Select Get Started
- Confirm your profile information, review and accept the TD Terms of Use and Privacy Terms to complete your registration
Please note, if you had previously registered for Western Union® Money Transfer℠ or Visa Direct, you will need to re-register to send money through TD Global Transfer.
