How do I change my delivery preferences for receiving statements and other documents in EasyWeb?
You can change your delivery preferences for receiving Statements and Other Documents at any time.
After you log in to EasyWeb:
- At the top of the screen, select where it shows the name on the account and select Statements & Documents and go to Delivery Preferences.
- Change your eligible accounts to whatever delivery preference you wish
- If you're switching to Online, you may be asked to review and agree to the Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents.
You can change the delivery preference for your accounts any time.
