We've enhanced the security encryption standard that we use for Interac e-Transfer security questions and answers.
As a result, you'll be prompted to re-enter the security questions and answers for your existing contacts that were set up under the previous standard.
You may use the same questions and answers you had before, or enter different ones.
They'll be saved when you send your transfer, so you won't need to re-enter them the next time.
