When I respond to a TD Fraud Alert confirming the activity is fraudulent via text message, why do I still need to call TD?
If you do not recognize the activity and reply "N" via text message, your TD Access Card or your TD Credit Card/your Authorized User's Card will remain blocked to prevent further transactions from going through. You will then need to call the TD Loss Prevention Centre so that we can investigate the transaction and file a fraud report.
