Why isn't my device biometrics working with the TD Authenticate app?
If your biometrics log in isn’t working, please check the following:
- Make sure that you've enabled biometrics on your device.
- Make sure that you've enabled biometrics for the TD Authenticate app. You can set up and manage the profile you wish to enable biometrics with by selecting Manage Biometrics.
- Make sure you've enabled biometrics for the profile that you're attempting to log in with. Only one profile within the app for the specific device can enable biometrics. You can set up and manage the profile you wish to enable biometrics with by selecting Manage Biometrics.
