How do I start a Digital Messaging Conversation in Easyweb?

To initiate a Digital Messaging conversation, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to EasyWeb
  2. Click on your Chequing, Savings or Credit Card account
  3. On the bottom right of your screen, click the Messaging Icon


     
  4. A Messaging Window will open, type in your question to begin your conversation

 Important Information:

  • Digital Messaging Specialists are available: Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 11:00 pm ET, Sat & Sun 10:00 am to 7:00pm ET
  • Messages can be sent after hours; our team will respond as soon as possible.
