What are Secure Messages in EasyWeb?
Secure Messages allow customers to send messages to, and receive messages from, TD Canada Trust securely in EasyWeb. Sending personal information, such as your account numbers or financial information is not secure over regular email. All the secure messages are available for maximum of 6 month from the delivery date.
To send us a secure message simply login to EasyWeb, select Accounts from left menu > Communications > Have a Question > and then Send a Secure Message.
You can conveniently filter Secure Messages by status:
The Unfiled Messages folder holds messages that are waiting for you to file them.
The Unread Messages folder contains all the messages that haven’t been read. To view a message, click on the message Subject.
The Filed Messages folder contains all the messages you’ve filed in the past 6 months. To view a message, click on the message Subject.
The Sent Messages folder contains the messages that you have sent. Sent Messages are normally reviewed/processed within 24 hours.
Messages can be saved as draft by clicking the Save to Drafts button. Once saved the message can be accessed from the Draft Messages folder.
You can access your Draft Messages by selecting Accounts from the left menu > Communications > View Messages. From the Messages tab, select Draft Messages from the drop-down. You can open the message to either modify or send the message by clicking the message's Subject, or Delete the message.
This Deleted Messages folder contains the messages that you have deleted.
