How do I request a cheque for my TD Direct Investing account and how long does it take?
To request a cheque for your TD Direct Investing account, please log into the TD app and choose Contact Us or contact TD Direct Investing at 1-800-465-5463 to speak to an Investment Representative.
Branch Pickup
If your request to pick up the cheque is submitted before 3:00 p.m. ET, the cheque will be available for pick-up at the specified TD Canada Trust branch the next business day after 2:00 p.m. The fee is $6.50.
Mailed
If your request to mail a cheque to your home address is submitted before 1:00 p.m. ET, the cheque will be mailed out the same day. The time it takes for you to receive the cheque will depend on postal service. There are no additional fees to mail a cheque.
