How can I identify transactions I don't recognize on my credit card statement?

Sometimes merchants use a parent company name, codes or abbreviations that you may not recognize on your TD Credit Card statements. This information will be listed on the transaction receipt.

More information on the merchant can also be found by logging into EasyWeb or the TD app and clicking on the transaction.

If you did not make the purchase and think the transaction is fraudulent, please contact us at 1-800-983-8472 (for Credit Cards) or 1-866-222-3456 (for TD Access Cards).

Before you can dispute the transaction, you must first attempt to resolve with the merchant. Speak to a sales clerk or store manager and provide them with receipts and any other documentation you have. Often, they can correct the mistake and resolve the issue and/or give you a refund.

If you’re certain about disputing a Credit Card transaction, simply complete and submit a transaction dispute request within 60 days of the credit card statement closing date.
