Why don't I see my money transfer on WebBroker?
To view real time cash balances, follow these steps:
- Select the Accounts tab in the top left menu.
- Select Balances.
- Select Real-Time Cash.
If you do not see your transfer, please note that it is posted to your account balances according to below times.
Monday – Friday (6 a.m. – 8 p.m.): Real-time
Monday – Friday (after 8 p.m.): Next calendar day
Saturday – Sunday (6:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.): Real-time
Saturday – Sunday (after 4 p.m.): Next calendar day
Statutory Holidays: Next business day
Long Weekend*: Next business day
*Transfers submitted during a long weekend (including Saturday and Sunday) will not follow the standard posting schedule and will be posted the following business day.
