How do I transfer funds from my TD Direct Investing account to a bank account at another financial institution?
You can set up an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for your TD Direct Investing accounts to transfer funds to your bank account at another financial institution in Canada. A void cheque or direct deposit form from the other institution is required.
You can set up an EFT for your TD Direct Investing accounts in one of the following ways:
- Contact Us
- Complete and provide an Electronic Funds Transfer Service Form and void cheque or direct deposit form to any local TD Canada Trust branch.
Once the EFT is set up for non-recurring transfers, you will need to contact TD Direct Investing to transfer the funds. TD Direct Investing currently does not offer the ability to transfer to external financial institutions on WebBroker.
Note: recurring EFTs can only be set up for cash or margin accounts
