Why is my Gain/ Loss showing as N/A under Performance tab?
Your Gain/Loss by Transaction may show N/A if the transaction took place without a valid book (original cost) cost. Please refer to your monthly account statements to verify the book cost.
Please note: while it is possible to update your book cost for current holdings, at this time, there is no way to update book cost for past holdings or Gain/Loss transactions.
To manually enter book cost information, please click the Download CSV link at the bottom of your screen and enter the value here. While this will not save this information for future reference on WebBroker, it will however provide you with a full view of your overall performance, including those securities that indicated N/A.
