How do I change the payment amount for my mortgage?
You can change your payment amount on your mortgage by using EasyWeb, or you can contact a Mortgage Specialist by telephone or at your nearest branch for assistance. To do this on EasyWeb:
1. Log into EasyWeb
2. Select My Accounts > Accounts in the top menu bar, then under Personal Accounts or Small Business Accounts, select Mortgage Payment Options
3. Click Request a Lump Sum Payment or Change Payment Amount
4. Select Change Payment Amount from the drop down menu
5. Select the Mortgage from the drop down menu
6. Click Next to verify the transaction
7. Enter the amount of the new Principal and Interest amount and click Next
8. Clear will clear all of the fields you have selected
9. Verify the details of the transaction and then click finish to submit the request.
Important: Requests to change your Mortgage Payment Amount are manually reviewed and are subject to the terms and conditions of your mortgage. We will confirm when the transaction has been fulfilled.
