As the Account Holder, whenever you leave your province or territory of residence, you, your spouse and dependent children are automatically insured for eligible medical emergency expenses for up to $2 million for the first 15 days, without having to pay for the coverage. If you or your spouse is aged 65 or older, you are covered for the first 4 days of your trip.

Don't see your card?

Although your card doesn't include this coverage, all TD Canada Trust customers including TD Credit Cardholders are eligible to apply for optional Travel Medical Insurance2.
